John Riley, Chief Executive Officer
John has been actively involved in the Maquiladora Industry since 1969, when he
was the Quality Manager for Union Carbide’s Tijuana semiconductor operation. He
has more than 30 years of manufacturing management experience and today, he is
the President and Chief Executive Officer of BC Manufacturing and Vertek
International, Inc., a maquiladora services organization.
John has his degree in Business Administration from National University. He is a senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and is past Chairman of the Western Maquiladora Trade Association (WMTA) and the founding President of the Northwest Chapter of the “Mexican Chamber of the Electronics Industry, Telecommunications and Information Technology”, (CANIETI) in Tijuana.

· Member of the Tijuana Economic Development Corporation.
· Member of the American Electronics Association.
· Instructor UCSD extension studies.
· Member of the Board of Directors of the Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce.
